The orbit of Saturn is very close to an ellipse. But how close is that?

Update:

If I use an ellipse to approximate the orbit of Saturn, how far off will I be, say for the period 2018 +/- 50 years?

    Saturn's orbital eccentricity is 0.0565.

An eccentricity of 0 is a perfect circular orbit, values between 0 and 1 form an elliptic orbit, 1 is a parabolic escape orbit, and greater than 1 is a hyperbola.
