President Trump probably plans on winning the same way he did the first time - God.

I believe his original intent was to create more employment and living opportunities for the black community by deporting illegals. To add to that, he will more than likely play on the resentments that a lot of the African community has over the Democratic Party having intentionally screwed over Bernie Sanders, who has historically been heavily favored by the black community.

However I have no way to confirm any of this, obviously, and can only go by what I have heard from political talk news.
