After reading about the Surrender Summit, is President Trump politically speaking a modern day Charles Lindbergh?

Update:

Charles Lindbergh was a patriot and great aviator but Non-Interventionism and his belief that Russia was a greater threat blinded him to the dangers of Hilter's Germany to its own citizens and the rest of the world. He failed to see how his Non-Interventionism actually helped Nazi Germany foreign policy goals. Only after touring the Nazi concentration camps did he realize how wrong he was.

Update 2:

I had respect for President Trump as a businessman and brand builder. President Trump's ignorance on how the World works and his polities of Grievousness is blinding him to the dangers of fighting with our traditional allies. He failed to see how his actions and policies help Putin and the Russian foreign policy goals. His trade and tariff policies are already causing problems to US businesses. How much more loss before he realizes he is wrong?

I cannot go that far because that would mean equating producing his television show The Apprentice with Lindbergh's flight across the Atlantic. Lindy at least knew how to fly an airplane.

You are just being a useful idiot. Congrats. Russia has been "interfering" in elections for decades. There is no news here. Trying to blame Russia for that witches defeat is a joke and only a dunce would fall for it. Again congrats. You pretend to be smarter than Trump. You aren't. Trump lambasted Merkel for shirking her own defense and then making cozy deals with Russia. The swamp doesn't like Trump pointing out their swamp behavior but it is nice that someone is starting to expose these rats for who they are. Too bad you only believe the swamp.

It is quite shocking to see the President of the United States choose to ally himself with a foreign government which has been implicated in cyber-espionage against the USA by the Commander in Chief's own intelligence agencies.

Obama surrendered Iraq to the Iraqi government, whom we had defeated, which lost all that had been gained, unleashed ISIS and an historic flood of human refugees on the world. Trump met with Putin to discuss better relations.

Do you see the difference? Probably not.

There was no such summit. You've spent way too much time on Fantasy Island.
