Is there any university in the United States (other than Puerto Rico) where a student may earn a degree studying only in Spanish?

There are 40 million+ Spanish speakers in the US, but I do not know of a single university offering arts or science majors taught in the Spanish language. I am not asking abouy courses in the Spanish language itself Compare this with Canada, with 10 million French speakers and many universities offering complete offerings in French. .

Update:

All answers are welcome, but please answer first with a yes or no. and then go on to explain. The US is second only to Mexico in number of Spanish speakers, having passed Colombia, Argentina and Spain itself a few years ago. I believe it has no university in mainland US teaching in Spanish, but I want to verify.
