What are these circle scabs that have formed on my shoulder??

I know that I should probably go see a doctor about this but I truely have no clue what this is and it’s freaking me out it started off with just two now it’s expanded for be even more and I’m sure it will grow to be dozens over time I wish there was something I could do about this

    I have them all the time Tinea Vesicolor. Harmless - but you can get rid of them with Teatree Oil or a slice of raw onion
