Enzyme activity?

Would there any enzyme activity at 0 celsius?

    Yes.  Enzymes mediate virtually every biological reaction.  Although zero Celsius is the usual freezing point of relatively pure water, organic matter is not entirely frozen at that temperature, and enzymes are not destroyed, so biological activities continue, although more slowly.  These do not come to a standstill until a much colder temperature, which is why food freezers typically operate at −20℃ and lower.
