does it matter what address I put on my new hire forms?

i just moved out of my parents house to a new one should i put the new one or my old one? i haven't informed any government agency of it as of yet, and the new address is only temporary, im unsure of what is appropriate to put on my forms

    You don't have to notify any government agencies that you've moved. And of course, you should use your current address on any applications. When you move to more permanent quarters, you should complete a change of address form for the USPS so they'll direct all your mail there.

    How long is temporary? Six months or more would be permanent.

    Anything that needs to be mailed will be sent to the address you put on those forms until you provide them with a new address. Make sure which ever address you provide will receive mail for you.
