What should I do when I don't receive my license in California?
Hello, I have recently been trying get a replacement license however have yet to receive it in the mail. I ordered it once about 4 months ago and it never came, and it wasn't sent back. so I called about a month and a half later and they sent another one and I never got that one either. Then I went back to the DMV about a month ago now and I have still not received it. I need it asap and I am having no luck. Anyone have any ideas of what I should do next?

You are doing something wrong. I have never had one lost in 40 YEARS. You may be able to drive to the office that sends them and get it in person. Or they may be willing to send it to the closest DMV?

Next? You should ask the DMV what address they have for you.
Have you moved? If you have, have you notified the DMV of your new address?
Tip: The DMV will only send to a physical address, NOT a PO Box. You must be known by the post office and the carrier (mail person) to be living at that physical address or the mail piece will not be delivered.

You should move. Apparently, there's a problem with mail being stolen where you live. Go live somewhere that things they send will get to you.
Or just rent a Post Office box.

Go to the DMV and check if the address on record is correct. Ask the office for any record when it was sent and what address it was sent to. Ask the office if there is an option to just pick it up at the office.
