Outlook email help?
Every time I go into my emails, it says my account requires attention. When I click that, it comes up with two boxes. The first says "Fix account" and the second says "Change settings". I have tried clicking both of those buttons and neither of them do anything. I've closed the window and restarted it, restarted my whole laptop, and tried shutting down and turning it on again. Literally nothing I try resolves this issue and therefore I can't view any of my new emails because my inbox refuses to sync until I fix my account.
Can someone please suggest something because this is driving me insane :(

Richard J is correct, go yo your email providers website and look up the settings for your email account. There should also be setup instructions about setting up your outlook email again

Contact (Call) your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to review and correct your current Outlook mail settings
