How can I search up where to catch Striped Bass & Sturgeon near San Jose?

Hello, I'm trying to find better places to catch Striped Bass & Sturgeon near San Jose for the 2019 Season. Can I find a site to search up where to go? Thank You!

    Look over by the rock ledge from the inlet to sea.

    That could be anywhere, its not like a site is going to tell you some magic spot.

    Put your tax dollars to work. Start with the local Department of Natural Resources, Department of Fish and Game or whatever they call themselves in your locality.
