AFL draws the highest in-person audience (beating Super Rugby, NRL, cricket and netball). TV ratings are a mixed bag.

I think Cricket overall. Maybe not so much at the moment, but it is still the most widely followed.

Collingwood, even though Richmond do have the most members by having 100,000 members everywhere you go your will always find a Collingwood supporter. Basically half of Australia's population goes for them however they are also the most hated team in the league/ not sure why though!
