On this most solemn of days, will liberals be taking a knee, or celebrating "victory day" with Muslims in Mosques across the world?

They will do both and blame conservatives and America for all their failures.

If anything, it should be Republicans who celebrate 9/11. They benefited from it perhaps more than anyone. In 2000, George Bush lost the popular vote but was appointed president by the Supreme Court. His party had a narrow lead in the house and was tied with Democrats in the Senate. He was all set to see Congress go Democratic in 2002 and to likely lose re-election in 2004. Then 9/11 happened. Suddenly, George W bush and the Republicans, who had done literally nothing on terrorism in the first eight months of his administration, were able to portray themselves as tough on defense super patriots. This allowed them to break with historical precedent and actually gained seats in the midterm election. And also allowed Bush to barely win reelection in 2004. If not for 9/11, the Republican Party would have been significantly weaker in 21st century

On this most solemn of days, give it a break. You probably do not know what a liberal truly is.

Liberals fought for your right to take a knee, or stand, or protest, or sit in your mother's basement drinking Kool-Aid and sweating profusely while you hammer out right wing rants.

I will take a knee and say a prayer for all of the families that had someone die during the attack and afterwards when republicans voted not to give them healthcare. They have all died from cancer.
