    No.

    To hold the position of vice president, the candidate must be qualified to hold the office of president as well.

    And Obama is no longer qualified.

    I'am a Democrat & very proud to say it to :P & wish that after the dumpster is finished with his 4 yrs. :) ..Gots my fingers crossed that it will be sooner ...
