Why does salad nowadays have to made of green leaves, it looks pretty but taste mushy and soft. Can I get some Iceberg lettuce please?

    Iceberg has no flavor and goes bad fast

    While iceberg lettuce is moist and crunchy, it has very little nutritional value.

    The darker green, leafy vegetables are much more nutritious.
