    Why do you want to know? Do you think you can accelerate to lightspeed and get there? Here's a question for you. If you need a 1 gravity acceleration on your 30 ton ship, and the acceleration of 1 gravity is 32 feet per second per second, one) how can you accelerate your ship to 1 gravity if you are only equipped with a 1/1000 gravity ion engine that has a thirty pound thruster.     Some places in the Virgo Cluster

    That distance is mind boggling

    To travel there within 40-60 years you would have to be traveling at one Million times the Speed of light

    My Nissan Micra couldn't even do that

    Despite doing the Kessel Run in less than 12 Parsecs

    Various other galaxies are that far away and even farther than that. Some others are closer.
