Go to Epcot. There's not many rides or kids. Especially during the food and wine festival.

Disney caters to families and kids, so there are not any adult-only times to go and they are not going to ban kids from their venues. Even if you go at less busy times, the people who ARE there will likely have kids with them; it might not be as crowded though, and you won't feel quite so surrounded by kids. There are some bars in Disney, where you can get away from the kids for a while.

Toon Town, and Fantasyland is where the kids concentrate. But given that it's an amusement park built for children, teenagers and young adults, what were you expecting??

No, not really. There are not any adult only times at the parks or pools. You will find a lot less big teen groups and large families at the deluxe resort. Unless it is a bar, children are allowed. There are some nice tours for 18+.

Go to your public library for Disneyworld for adults and DisneyWorld for honeymooners.

The time of year can help. Summer and Thanksgiving and week before and after Christmas are top crowds, meaning more kids too.
