What is wrong with the Packers?

without Rodgers they be getting 2-3 wins a season, Problem is the management over relies on Rodgers to hide and grind through all their shortcoming instead of actually doing something to fix their problems and make the team better overall. They are wasting most of Rodgers talent trying to scrape by to the playoffs when they could be challenging for the SB with a QB of Rodger's caliber.

Rodgers by far the best and most important player on the Packers team.
