Small package what options?

So I have a small package and was wondering what’s avlible like is there a specialist I could see to see if this sort of thing is normal or just my regular doctor IJDK what to do it’s never concerned me till now. Please help thanks.

    Any thing above 3.5 inches is capable of satisfying a lady and make her impregnant.Worry only if yours is less than 3.5 inches.Regards.

    If it never concerned you until NOW chances are your 'package' is at least average in size - if not bigger. The average is just over 5". Feel better now?
