Bullseye (MCU) vs. Deadshot (DCEU)?
After Daredevil Season 3, I have a new respect for the character Bullseye.
Story: Kingpin hires Floyd Lawton to kill Karen Page, but his conscience gets in the way. He instead warns Karen that Fisk wants her head. Kingpin learns of the betrayal and sends Ben Poindexter to kill Page and Lawton. Fight takes place at a junkyard, giving Dex a lot of projectiles. All he has with him are three throwing knives.
Floyd's strapped head to toe. A shotgun on his back, with all the weapons he carried in Suicide Squad. Full clips.
Who wins and why? My vote goes to Deadshot. He may be more likely to miss a shot than Poindexter, but he's agile enough to dodge, and he has the heavier arsenal.

Based entirely on the Marvel Netflix Bullseye and Deadshot as seen in the Suicide Squad movie, my vote goes to Bullseye.
He showed a much wider range of ability compared to Deadshot. Deadshot is accurate with firearms; Bullseye is accurate not only with firearms, but literally anything he gets his hands on. Deadshot was never depicted in the movie as having any kind of hand-to-hand ability (at least not that I remember), but Bullseye held his own on more than one occasion against Daredevil in hand-to-hand combat, and Daredevil is an insanely skilled fighter.
Deadshot's only real chance is to sniper him. But Bullseye is a sniper as well, and I'd imagine that if the two knew they would be fighting, neither would leave himself open to a long-range sniper shot. So this would have to be a close-up encounter. Deadshot may have a chance if he can fire off his wrist guns, but that's only if Bullseye doesn't disarm him first. And let's not forget that in DD season 3, Bullseye wears DD's battle suit, which provides some protection against firearms.
So in my mind, this would come down to a fist fight. Deadshot has the size advantage, but again, he never displayed any hand-to-hand skills. Bullseye by a knock-out.

Bullseye is cool initially, then he goes mad. I really liked the character initially, as his therapist is really good, but I don't like the fact that he is weak and he then falls for the manipulation and becomes so uncool/mad (psychopathic). x
I like Daredevil more as a character after Bullseye goes mad.
I think the shift from Borderline to Psychopathy is what I don't like, but I don't mind him initially. I can relate to the depressive features of borderline disorder, those are completely gone when his ego stands out and he turns into the psychopath.
I also like narcissists, I don't like when they turn into psychopaths, which is the only problem about the disorder. x

Deadshot. His weapons advantage is way too much for Bullseye to have a chance against. Bullseye carried sticks and sometimes a handgun, Deadshot had sniper automatic wrist guns that he could fire more accurately than most people could with a rifle. If by some miracle Bullseye managed to get close he could take him out hand to hand, but that's almost impossible with Deadshot's aim.

Deadshot. No matter how hard he fights, Deadshot is a great marksmanship and sharpshooter that he cannot miss. Bullseye would died with a fatal bullet wounded.
