Nothing feels real?
i really want an explanation for this. ive looked up depersonalization and dissacociation and they both sound very extreme so i highly doubt i have either. days go by and i can't really recollect what happened during them or what i did. it's kind of like the opposite of an existential crisis. where i hear things that are important or life changing or that might make you think, it hits a wall and i never think about it. i don't really think about anything anymore? i never have an answer to "what's on your mind?" I pick a phrase or some words and think about them on repeat for some time, monotone droning in the background. then maybe i get distracted and pick a different phrase and do the same thing, whatever i was doing 15 seconds ago already forgotten. people seem weird and i don't quite think they're real either. i never come up with anything new, no original ideas, no creativity. like that few minutes after you wake up where everything's just like buzzing except for like 7 months straight.

That definitely sounds like dissociation to me. I think derealization is a better term for that. I had similar feelings not too long ago, but finding out that feeling was a known thing helped me out in itself. It's not impossible to get out of this feeling. I don't have great advice, unfortunately, but it's not something that lasts forever.
It could be some sort of escapism. Maybe you can try digging around in old interests or look at some new ones and see if anything sparks. It might not happen immediately, but it helps to look around.
