I developed a flat spot on one of my front tires while driving it was bumping on the steering wheel then it went away is that possible ?

yes -but the problem didn't
It indicates that the radial belts are moving under the tread and new tires are required

You can see it better than any of us. Have a look. I wonder if you got a bit of water inside the tire that froze and unbalanced it until the ice melted. Could have been a wad of mud on the rim that shook loose after driving a bit

Depends on the type of tire but they can develop a flat spot when the car is parked. When you drive away you will hear/ feel the spot but it will go away very quickly. That is normal. Years ago this was very normal, today tires, it does not happen as much.

Get a mechanic to look at the tire.
