What can I do if I still haven’t received my license in California?
So basically I have ordered my license 4 times now from the dmv every time they tell me that there is nothing they can do about me not receiving it besides send another one. I’ve ordered one about every 3 months for the last year. I’m not sure what to do at this point. The manager at the dmv told me that it is tracked till it gets to the post office and after that it’s out of their hands but even after stopping my mail, I have yet to receive it. Anyone have any ideas?

I would surmise that there is a problem with your license.
Do you have a ticket in another state? Or something else.
I'd call and ask about specific issues.

So basically?
As a clerk in a Post Office, I have seen this many times. The usual scenario is that the person has changed addresses or has given the DMV an address where they no longer reside. The Post Office is forbidden to delver first class mail sent from the DMV to a person who does not reside at that address.
This is "basically so"
Unfortunately the Postal Service gets "blamed" for this when it is the clients fault.

Sounds like BS to me.
I have never had a license go missing in 40 years and you have had FOUR?
Did you put down the wrong address?
Can you walk in somewhere and walk out with your license? In my state, you can but only in the one office where they do them. For me its 90 minutes away.
