I see no reason for them to lie about any of that. Except maybe putting the man on the moon. For example, the Earth being round. Flat Earthers claim that NASA is lying about the shape of the Earth. If you ask why NASA would, them cowards hide.

They are trustworthy but not perfect, mistakes can always happen and information gathered by machines can be mis-read
