Do you fit the criteria to migrate? If you don't you won't be migrating anywhere so you will just have to stay in the US and make it a better place

Last i heard anyone with money comes to the US for treatment- you know like the wealthiest individuals in the Middle East or Michele Buble whose son was treated in the US even though he is a citizen of Canada & his wife is from Italy.

Terrible gun violence? You don't pay much attention to South American countries do you?

Terrible government? As opposed to what?

Overpopulation? I have lived in the most densely populated square mile in the USA and it did not feel overpopulated. 5 minutes in Italy felt overly populated.

Panama.

It has the highest GDP per capita than any other Latin American country. Probably because its small and then they have the canal, and they get a crap ton of money from that. It's largest city, Panama City, has about 1 million people and is a pretty modern city full of skyscrapers. And no matter where you are, you're always going to be pretty close to the beach since Panama is an isthmus. Plus you can probably get some really nice Panama hats, and get to call yourself a Panamanian, and that's just fun to say.

Argentina is a mess. If you want to go south, try Chile. Otherwise, Canada is your best bet.

If the budget is there, no problem follow your heart.

Move to Argentina, if they will let you. Also the Canary Islands speak Spanish. Check around that part of Spain.
