Do I tell the truth or not?
If I tell the truth - then I will solve other's opinions of an event and will also destroy a person's relationship with a parent (even though the parent is deceased).
The truth will help one person and destroy another. The truth will also put an end to another person's constant lies and made-up stories. Do I tell the truth or just let-it-go and continue to be a punching bag for someone's lies and blaming me because they have no one else to blame.
I can't and refuse to go into anymore details without opening 'Pandora's Box'.

You have mental health issues. Ask a Psychiatrist.
Your "truth" doesn't seem to be anyone else's "truth."

The truth will help one person (you) and destroy another (child of deceased). People have an opinion of an event that occurred (involving you and the deceased) It took two to tango but now you are taking the blame alone. You want to clear your name but that would mean destroying the memory of a father. Just let it go.

the truth always wins out in the end
Tell the truth now and make sure that it is the truth and not a biased report and eventually everyone will see it as the truth
You cannot destroy a relationship with a dead person

I don’t know what “solve the other’s opinions” means.
The first question to ask is what you will accomplish by speaking up.
If you are a “punching bag”, why are you allowing it? Why haven’t you told the person how you feel about how they treat you and/or discontinue contact?
Why do you feel you have the responsibility to protect a dead person’s reputation, especially if this person is guilty of something heinous?
How do you know that “the truth” will stop lies? As we’ve seen over the last few weeks, when people are presented with the truth, they often double down and make up new stories to fit their story.
