What happened to Double Diamond beer?

    The company was bought by Carlsberg and they stopped selling it direct to the public 15 years ago, though you can possibly still find it in some pubs.

    It went the same way as Watney's Red Barrel. People realised they were mass produced garbage.

    The brand was bought out years ago and Double Diamond ceased to be brewed.

    Those who made it sold it advertised it and also those who drank it were struck down by a wrathful God. Sometime in the seventies. And rightly so.

    "A double diamond works wonders" That was the jingle. Now they will sing it for eternity. In a bad place.
