It's 2018 and still no wall. Trump's wall was fake news. Couldn't the caravan have been prevented?

There actually IS a border wall in Tijuana and that's where all the migrants went. So clearly "the wall" isn't really a deterrent to people whose goal is to overwhelm the asylum system.

Sure the caravan could have been prevented, but not by a wall on the southern border of the US. The caravan would still progress through Mexico right up to the wall. To prevent the caravan, we would need time travel. That way we could travel back in time and stop Reagan from screwing around with the governments down there.

i think President Trump is doing great with immigration, and i can't wait to vote for him again.

It's naive to think it could or would be completed in two years after his election.
