Mix it with baked sweet potatoes (with the skin for added flavor and nutrients) so it actually tastes like sweet potatoes and not several cups of sugar. Also, with the real sweet potatoes, it will have nutrition.

Sweet Potato Pie. Follow a recipe for Pumpkin Pie but use the sweet potato casserole. You could probably cut back a bit on the sugar though.

Pumpkin Whoopie Pie This is a cake like cookie that you make into a sandwich cookie. Check Taste of Home for a recipe. Again use your casserole in place of the Pumpkin Puree.

Any recipe that uses pumpkin you can use sweet potato. Again because of the higher sugar content of your casserole cut back a bit on sugar called for.
