I'm not a guy but if I had to pick I guess I'd pick blondes. Blondes are fair too, but redheads are a bit too pale. I also don't really like freckles. I think red hair as a color is incredibly beautiful, but natural redheads tend to look very sickly without makeup.

Women that are naturally brunette but dye their hair blonde or red tend to be the most beautiful in my experience. So if we're talking about fake red/blonde hair, then I don't like platinum blonde or bright red. But if it was between a warm honey blonde and an auburn color, then I'd pick the auburn.
