It's a gaslighting attempt. Their idea is for you to stay quiet and nice. Screw that; hit 'em with both barrels.

Because the Bible and god commands it. Read it

After enduring a lifetime of Christian proselytizing, atheists have the right to explain why they don't buy it. It is also true that science and engineering contribute far more to modern civilization than religion ever did. Atheists have no wish to be dragged back into the superstitious past by fools who still pretend their personal beliefs can alter the nature of reality.

Atheist have no effect on me, whether they try to force their Atheism on me or not. I firmly know there is a God. Therefore, So What if they try to convince me there is no God,
I know there is and I do a great job of convincing people even some atheist of that, if they want to argue with me!.

Do you realize how idiotic you sound? I imagine you must.
If I were surrounded by imbeciles who insisted that 2 + 2 = 5, I would feel obligated to point out their error. And if they took offense, I would call them imbeciles. Do you understand now?

If someone told you that they believe, deeply and honestly, that 2+2=37 you would know that they are incorrect. Trying to prove to them that 2+2 is actually 4 isn't forcing your ideas on them, it's trying to teach them reality. Same thing applies in this situation. We're not trying to force our beliefs on you, we're trying to get you to wake up to the provable reality.

I came to believe that we should not expect much from FOOLS.
Psalm 14:1 King James Version (KJV)
1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
