Food: You're favorite dipping sauce for egg roll or spring roll?

Mine is some version of duck sauce, but I have others. Please explain why you like yours.

    A mix of rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil soaked in red pepper.

    Because it's hot, salty AND a little sweet.

    Plum Sauce. It's sweet and the color is cool. Viscosity is perfect as it goes on the Spring Roll without dripping off, like Ketchup and Fries
