    They already own most of it in Arizona. They own over 60% of the state.

    They will pay for it. Most of the ranchers are having enough problems they will be grateful for the arrangement.

    Most of the people with land on the currently unfenced border will welcome the wall. You may not realize that there are 100s of miles of border with nothing more - often less - than a strand or 2 of barbed wire that is easily crossed by immigrants and drug mules who do extensive damage to the land and threaten residents. https://cis.org/Sussis/Trash-Border-Highlights-Env...

    Jeez, just how thick do you think this wall is going to be? Don't you think ranchers would be willing to give up ten feet of land along their 50 mile square property border to keep people from destroying their property?

    They are required by law to pay fair market value......not exactly "seizing"

    You must be an east coaster who’s used to having private land. In the west the feds screwed the states and kept the land for themselves

    lol .. government payouts for land needed for highways easements etc, is generally top dollar nobody's going to lose on that ..
