Why do many people still claim that UKIP is a racist party when there isn't even one policy in their manifesto that mentions race?

It's the people who tend to associate with the party. Like that UKIP member who calls himself "Sargon of Akkad" who has said totally not-racist things like, "maybe you’re just acting like a n****r, mate? Have you considered that? Do you think white people act like this? White people are meant to be polite and respectful to one another, and you guys can’t even act like white people, it’s really amazing to me.” When UKIP members act like this, it sure doesn't help your image.
