How much powdered turmeric spice should I eat every day to help with arthritis?

    It needs to be combined with piperine which is in black pepper...not sure on quantity on 12 grams per kilo sounds a hell of lot. 12 grams is about 4 teaspoons of turmeric... you don't need that much altogether let alone per kilo.
