Has anyone installed a car night vision system? Does it function at night, on foggy and rainy days?

Pretty much every major car company has or will have this as an option(including Ford and Honda), Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, and Cadillac however his been making available for a while.

I regret to inform you that everyone who has installed car night vision systems has died from massive trauma after running off of the road soon after the system was activated. Even $500 million commercial aircraft don't have "Night Vision". They fly by instruments at night, not by peering out of the windows.

its a feature on some Mercedes model .it works under all conditions ...day or night ...it works incredibly well ...your headlight may show light up to 300metres ..this will show at least double

I installed one before. The US Marines confiscated the car.
