Why doesn't Trump and the rest of corporate America pay for the wall?
Instead of putting the burden of the Trump Memorial Wall on the taxpayers, why doesn't Trump just ask all his rich friends to pay for it? Trump could put in the first billion, since he's got so much money.

Even if they DID donate the money, they couldn't use it. Money for government projects has to be ALLOCATED by Congress... and Congress won't do it, because Congress represents the voters, and the majority of voters do NOT want a wall.
These same people cannot build it privately, because land on which the wall is to be built must be TAKEN from landowners... and private companies don't have the right of eminent domain.
The majority of Americans do NOT want a wall. Trump needs to work WITH Congress to find a DIFFERENT solution.

We could have granted financial aide to Mexico like we always do. But THIS time request a large amount of that financial aide to building the wall. But we're past that point. Always next year when Trump is reelected.
Special not: either way you want to look at it - It is STILL taxpayers' money. We've gone way past the parts where the Democrats asked for the wall first.

The wall over time will save much more than it costs in enforcement. As it is he is not taking pay for his position.
