Does the State of Kentucky recycle or no?

How come they throw everything in the dumpster trash, papers, plastic, bottles, no recycling bins?

    If it's like TN next door, there are recycling dumpsters where they collect recyclables but you have to find out where they are, save the stuff up, load your car and drive there and dump it yourself. They do not pick up at your home like in major cities.

    Louisville definitely does. Lexington has limited recycling. The largest aluminum recycling plant for aluminum is located in Berea, Kentucky.

    Aside from that, the state does not have a stellar record for recycling
