How to get rid of Group messages on Facebook?

I put on FB a group message and I found out that (everyone) on the group can see my messages. How do I get rid of that? Please help asap. I did go in and click on "hide" message group so I do not know if that took care of it or not.

    You have to Leave the Group Messages to get Rid of the Messages

    There is a Button on the top of the Group Messages under Options to Leave Group

    just send people private nnessages instead , hide nnessage group nnight only hide thenn fronn you, and not fronn thenn

    I'm not too sure. But I never understood why people think its weird or annoying when a Fb friend comments on a person's post often. Like isn't that suppose to be the fun of Facebook?
