Queen Elizabeth II was crowned on 2 June 1953 in Westminster Abbey. Her Majesty was the thirty-ninth Sovereign to be crowned at Westminster Abbey. ... She was in Kenya at the time and became the first Sovereign in over 200 years to accede while abroad.

She could for one of the other realms. The one in 1953 only crowned her as Queen of The United Kingdom. She has yet to be crowned Queen of Australia, Belize, Papua New Guinea or any of the other realms

Not unless she becomes Queen in another realm...otherwise there is no need for another service. The Queen could have a special mass...she has had such masses of Thanksgiving many times.

No, they are too expensive to stage, I'll wager that there wouldn't be much change left out of 10/6.
