The Koch brother domestic-terrorist oil barons and their network of anti-government, anti-American, anti-regulations spoiled-brat libertarian billionaires have had an "agenda" (the quest for absolute power through deregulation and right-wing activist judges on federal courts) since Reagan days (Jane Mayer, 2017: "DARK MONEY: The Hidden History of the Billionaires Behind the Rise of the Radical Right").
Perhaps it is this hidden agenda to which criminally partisan powers-abusing Majority "Leader" Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has pledged his allegiance. Economic terrorist Grover Norquist told us in the wake of an Alzheimer's-afflicted Reagan era that what the RNC looks for in its presidential candidates is "someone pliable with enough digits to sign whatever we put in front of him"...and this is what the GOP got with Trump.

He is a Russian puppet too. If it passes and Trump vetoes it, that means there is no question that Trump should be blamed for keeping the government shutdown because the Senate and House will be on record of wanting to end the shutdown. Because he wants to protect Trump, who is the Russian puppet, McConnell is also a traitor

Because it would pass and he knows it. And if by chance it didn't pass, Republicans would get blamed.
