An I stupid for thinking that you need banking regulations, because no matter how far the economy crashes it will rebound and recover? And..?

...that economic growth happens in the creation of businesses that create new things? And when they is regulations, maximum growth is allowed to happen in the creation of new creation of businesses that create new things?
