Do you either take off or get off for New Years Eve?

    I did office jobs and always had the time off.

    As a bus driver I always finish early on New Years Eve if I'm rostered to work

    I always get off on New Year's Eve. You've got to start the new year banging with some strange, am I right? So sometimes to make sure of that, I take the day off work.

    I got off this year. I get winter break for working at a university. It’s pretty groovy. I always had to work New Years and New Year’s Eve at my old jobs
