    Yes, and also give you debilitating illnesses and diseases along the way to a shortened life - not to mention poverty too.

    If you have a longing for smoking? no it wont. At least not unless you act on that longing!

    If it brings on stress to you. Stress can create a host of health problems depending on the level.

    As a smoker I can tell you that giving in and smoking WILL shorten it and if you long enough guess what.. you'll give in. Smoking hardens the arteries all over the body and decreases the oxygen and blood flow to the entire body causing all kinds of problems. Heart attacks, strokes, cancer of different kinds etc, etc. I'm trying to quit as we speak.
