When Microsoft stops security updates on Windows 2007, will I still be safe by using HitmanPro, Webroot, etc. from viruses, etc?

Update:

BTW, I am using google chrome. Hardly ever use IE. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Historically, once Microsoft stops updating an OS version, antivirus vendors stop producing versions to support it because the number of users is so small. After a year or so, you may find there are none.

There is NO Microsoft 2007 operating system. Do you mean Windows 7?

When Microsoft stops security updates for that program, you can still be pretty safe IF IF IF you have and keep up to date a good antivirus program AND a good malware protection program. You need both.

    Those two should be fine.
