I think i straightened my hair too much that it's become curly/wavy?

So I straighten my hair pretty much everyday the only time I dont is when i stay home all day. Recently ive noticed that my hair is no longer just frizzy now its wavy and curly in some areas. Ive had straight hair my whole life and now its turning wavy/curly? Is this because of me straightening it so much? If so how is this even possible?? I used to have really straight and not frizzy hair and idk when it began to become frizzy but since then ive been straightening it everyday its probably been like 10 years? More or less? Anyways if anyone else has experienced this or knows why this is happening please tell me what i can do to fix it without having to force myself to go to school and work with my frizzy curly wavy hair.

It sounds like your hair is extremely damaged.

Your natural hair texture will change when it is extremely damaged like this.

The best thing to do would be to go to a salon and have them cut off all the gross stuff. Be ready for a short haircut.

Then stop using heated styling tools. Frizzy hair is dry hair. If your hair is frizzy that means its super dry and wanting moisture. Straightening it won't help, it will make it even more dry. Do a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week. Consider doing a protein treatment too. You should also be using a heat protectant spray on top of dry hair before you straighten it. This helps protect the hair from getting super damaged.
