I cleaned out my drive box and fans and blew out all the dust. It was quiet before I did that and now it seems to be running louder??

You blew the quiet out of your computer!

It must be a fan you knocked loose. With the computer on, press the center of the turning thing with one finger to stop it. If it gets quiet. Replace that fan. Test all fans. One fan is inside the PSU. You can't put your finger in it. If you are handy, you can replace the fan inside. If not, it will be easier to replace the whole PSU instead. Computer stores sell replacement fans. Get the right size with the right connector.

you probably got dust in the bearings. it'll either go away or it won't

it may have unbalanced the fans if they arnt completely clean .. it may have also blew dust into a bearing .. it may take a more thorough and detailed cleaning and inspection, and possible lubing a bearing or replacing a fan to get it 100% ..
