I threatened to sue a crippled person after she hit me with her cane, but I don t know if you actually can sue someone who s crippled? Can a law official please tell me? I need to know so she can suffer (more).

No handicapped people have free reign to cause havoc and damage to others as they see fit. They are above the law and there isn't anything you can do about it unless ... you use your brain.

Of course you can sue someone who assaulted you with their cane. Cripple people have to follow the law too.

Yes, you can sue. But you have to have damages, like medical expenses, and an injury that has to be treated.
