We are so glad that you are reaching out for help. It really does sound like you have been going through a lot. We would suggest using healthy/positive coping skills (journaling, listening to music, etc.) and focusing on your self care (exercising, eating nutritiously, getting adequate sleep, etc.) to help you manage your emotional pain.
It's so important that you reach out for support from a trusted adult such as an aunt, uncle, school counselor, teacher, coach, or minister. He/she can be hopefully be an advocate for you in getting the mental health treatment you need. It may help you to talk to a counselor at a hotline. Know that there is help out there for you and you are not alone.

My dad felt the same way. He never would take medicine for his moods bc he "didn't believe ib taking drugs." We had 2 talk him into it... Maybe have a professional talk 2 your parents about u seeking meds.

Your parents are right. Psychiatric drugs do far more harm than good, especially to developing brains.
If you just mean seeing a therapist, explain to them that seeing a therapist doesn’t mean you have to take drugs. Maybe talk to your school counselor.

Exercise often helps with depression. Start by walking and then graduate to running if you are fit. Choose a safe, public place for your exercise. Once you are old enough for a job or to go to college, you can get further treatment for your depression.
