Not all Spanish-speaking people come from Spain. As for the taco you show, it is neither Spanish nor Mexican. Tacos of that type are strictly United States artifacts.

???!!! Spanish is one of the most widely spoken European languages in many parts of the world, taken to many places by Spanish invaders in the era of colonisation after the discoveries by Christopher Columbus. The descendants of those Spanish invaders and settlers inhabit "Latin America" (South America), with the exception of Brazil, whose European ancestry is Portuguese.
Many Spanish-speaking people, mostly of mixed race, from Latin America have moved to the USA over the years.
The Philippines is a country which was also colonised by Spain, and thus many inhabitants have some degree of Spanish ancestry.
And, of course, Spain is full of Spanish people!
Who on Earth gave you the idea of the mythical nature of Spanish people?
