Windows 10 making high pitched static noise?

last week my pc got an update as usual but after installing it i had been greeted with a static-buzzing noise coming from my speakers, rendering audio inaudible, i feel as though it is a driver problem because i uninstalled nvidia audio driver and the sound suddenly started working again until i restarted, i tried to uninstall the drivers again but the problem still persists, I've looked at guides to remove this issue but all they tell me is to change the realtek drivers to the windows one, i have tried this and the buzzing noise still occurs on any driver. At this point i am really confused as to what is causing the buzzing sound so any help would be appreciated.

Try connecting some headphones or something to the PC then try. If the headphones have the same buzzing, try to find a different audio output port and try that. If still occurring, there is a problem with your computer itself.
